The UBI or Universal Basic income also called the unconditional basic income gives citizens, a basic guaranteed income or living stipend, annual income. This program would assist as a cushion for families to have in the event of a pandemic or natural disaster that could occur. This is an excellent idea, and provides assurance that families and citizens won't have to wait for needed funding during natural disasters.
