The way you email someone with Outlook, Comcast and Sky is to go to your Gmail, to the top left and click compose. In the to area or field add the recipients you want to send the email to.
Put this in the cc and bcc field or area of the email. You then add the subject and write your message. At the bottom of the page click the area called send.
