In the year of 1999 a man by the name of Billy Mitchell was the first person ever to achieve a perfect score on the video game called Pac-Man. His talented ability to reach the end of the game even amazed Pac-Man's designers of the game and creators, who invented the game. The designers of the game eventually named him the video game player of the century, which is amazing.
