Does Microsoft have a video editing tool for people?

Microsoft does have a video editing tool for people to use. Windows now has video-editing abilities, but the standalone video-editing app such as iMovie and Movie Maker doesn't exist as of current. Microsoft went a different way by having features in Photos app.

Microsoft Windows 10 does not have a pre-installed video editing software. People are recommended to use Windows Store to look for video editing software that they may want for their needs. You can type video editor in the search bar once it is launched.
